This is time to pause, breathe, and let the art hold you.

Through a gentle guided visualization, you’ll be invited to connect with your inner guiding light, intuitive wisdom, or a supportive inner presence.
The experience is personal and open-ended, allowing each person to meet guidance in their own way.

After the visualization, enjoy tea, light snacks, and time to reflect or write in a provided journal.
Optional sharing creates space for connection, curiosity, and a sense of being together in the glow of art and insight.

About the Collaboration
Artist Rod Lathim (https://www.rodlathim.com) and Laura Kate McHugh met through a shared language of light, guidance, and creative expression. What began as a conversation quickly became an alignment around illumination, inner knowing, and the ways guidance shows up in everyday life.
Rod’s neon artwork and writing explore spirit, light, and his ongoing relationship with his guides, themes shared in his book Finding the Divine Child. Laura Kate is a local guide to the subconscious world, drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in hypnotherapy and inner work to help people reconnect with their own inner light and intuitive guidance.
LIT From Within grew out of that shared curiosity and excitement. Together, this experience invites guests to explore light not only as something we see, but as something we feel, remember, and carry within.
